This notice is in relation to the AMENDMENT to Bursar's Circular No. 6 of 2022 - REFUND CLAIM POLICY (VARIOUS) AT PUTRA MALAYSIA UNIVERSITY

Amendments in PB 6/2022 were made to clauses 5 and 6 (dropped/partially dropped) in accordance with the approval of the University's Board of Directors through excerpts of the minutes of LPU 170/02 which met on 18 April 2023 where the meeting agreed with AMENDMENTS for the following items in the clause: -

· The total amount of the research grant claim.

· PTJ that has an audit issue must resolve the outstanding audit issue IMMEDIATELY under the supervision of the University Management Committee (JPU).
