BURSAR'S OFFICE CIRCULAR BRIEF NO. 6 YEAR 2022 : REFUND CLAIMS

The main objective of this briefing is to provide a clear understanding of the payment claim limit policy, claim conditions and the new special conditions that have been set by the university management to be used in all PTJ. Therefore, to ensure that the payment work is carried out in accordance with the new regulations, we are targeting this briefing to the officers/staff who manage finances at PTJ, i.e. Administrative Officers, Assistant Administrative Officers and Administrative Assistants (PTPO/PTK) as well as Researchers.

Accordingly, YBhg. Prof./Dr. / Sir/ Madam are requested to cooperate in filling out the link https://forms.gle/ABYE8rrFCnNSXLDeA as feedback on attendance no later than January 16, 2023.
