22–23 November 2024, Hulu Langat – Team spirit was seen as a key element in boosting motivation, quality, and ensuring that the legacy of excellence at the Bursar’s Office continues.

After 14 years, the Bursar’s Office successfully organized a Team Building Program involving 85 staff members, held at Nur Lembah Pangsun, Hulu Langat. The program was deemed necessary to rebuild and restore team spirit in support of UPM's vision and mission.

The two-day, one-night program took place from 22 to 23 November 2024 and featured a variety of engaging activities, including Pond Rafting, “Soul Expression Night,” a dawn lecture titled “The Blessings of Sustenance” delivered by Ustaz Mohd Nasaruddin Hussien, aerobics, telematches, and an Explorace.

It is hoped that the organization of this program will boost staff motivation while fostering positive interaction among staff members, ultimately strengthening team spirit to achieve the department’s objectives.
