SERDANG - 14 July 2020: The Asset Management Financial Division (BKPA), Bursar Office has took the initiative to hold a Store Management System Operations Workshop (eStor) on 14 July 2020 to the store officer of the Responsibility Center (PTJ).

The Store Management System (eStor) is an application developed for the purpose of store control and monitoring and has been developed according to the method of Government Store Management Procedure Control in line with the PPP Treasury Circular Portal, General Field-Asset Management which came into effect in 2014.

The main goal of the workshop is to improve and strengthen the skills of Store Officers in the use of eStor System while ensuring that the management of the University store is organized and more systematic.

The workshop was presented online by Mr. Mohd Hafiz bin Amrullah, Assistant Bursar, Store Management Section, Bursar Office, and was attended by a total of 35 participants consisting of Store Officers and PTJ representatives. Also present at the workshop were Mrs Junaidah binti Md Isa, Assistant Bursar, Asset Management Section together with the Head of the Asset Management Financial Division, Mr Mohd ‘Akhi bin Abu Bakar.

Participants involved were given briefings and training directly on the operation of the eStor System which includes several key modules namely tock egistration module (location register and stock code), stock acceptance module (new stock received from suppliers), stock production module (online production and direct production) and reporting modules (stock-related reports).

It is hoped that this workshop help to provide a more detailed understanding of how to operate the eStor System properly, especially to the newly appointed and existing PTJ Store Officer.
