Serdang, 29 June 2026 – The Procurement Management Finance Division (BKPP), Bursar's Office, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), organised a Briefing and Training Session on the New CS Mapper Functions in the Tender Wizard System for all UPM procurement activities that utilise the system.

The briefing and training programme was conducted over three days, on 22, 25, and 29 June 2026, at the Malawati Room, Sultan Abdul Samad Library, UPM. The venue was selected to facilitate hands-on training using the computer facilities available. The programme was attended by nearly 130 participants representing all Responsibility Centres (PTJs) across UPM. It was organised to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the new CS Mapper functions, ensuring that the system can be implemented more efficiently and effectively.

Throughout the programme, briefings were delivered by representatives from Tender Pintar Sdn. Bhd., the owner and developer of the Tender Wizard System. The sessions covered an overview of the new features and functionalities of CS Mapper, followed by practical hands-on training and a question-and-answer session to enhance participants' understanding and effective use of the system.

The organisation of this briefing and training session reflects BKPP's ongoing commitment to ensuring the effective dissemination of information relating to the University's procurement system. The initiative also supports efforts to strengthen efficient, transparent, and accountable procurement governance, in line with the prevailing procurement regulations and policies.
