Serdang, 10 June 2024 – The Bursar's Office has taken proactive steps by organizing self-help programs in their respective divisions and sections. This program aims to nurture a conducive ecosystem in the public sector (EKSA) and improve the quality of the workplace.
In an effort to maintain EKSA's excellence for the upcoming Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP) award in July, the self-help program is scheduled to run from 10 to 14 June 2024.
According to the official statement from the EKSA Promotion Committee of the Bursar's Office, the main purpose of this program is to prepare an orderly and clean work environment. This is considered an important factor in improving EKSA's rating and ensuring service excellence.
The staff at the Bursar's Office are invited to actively participate in this program by choosing a suitable date and time to participate. This step is taken to ensure maximum involvement from each zone in the office.
The self-help program is also considered as an initiative to foster the spirit of cooperation and mutual awareness of workplace cleanliness and tidiness.
It is hoped that the activeness and earnestness of all officials in making this program a success will have a positive impact on the evaluation of EKSA at the Bursar's Office.
This activity is also an impetus for the efforts to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace in improving EKSA's excellence and contributing to the development of the organization as a whole.
