Serdang- 25 June 2024 : On 25 June 2024, the Auditorium of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine was the chosen venue for a briefing which aimed to give in-depth exposure to all representatives of the Responsibility Center (PTJ) regarding the use of the iAMANAH system in the management of trust accounts. The keynote speaker, Mrs. Nur Hazwani Abdul Aziz who is a financial officer at the Trust Account Finance Section, played an important role by providing a comprehensive explanation of the implementation process and the advantages of the iAMANAH system.

The briefing attended by participants from various PTJs serves to increase awareness and understanding of the importance of using this system in improving management efficiency at the institutional level. In the session, Puan Nur Hazwani emphasized the practical steps that every PTJ needs to take to ensure the effective use of the system and optimize the desired results.

The presence of 150 participants was also fostered with an active question and answer session, where they could get further explanations and understand the practical application of the iAMANAH system in the context of their daily tasks. It is hoped that this briefing will not only increase knowledge but also stimulate enthusiasm to implement positive changes in trust account management among PTJs.
This system is expected to be fully used from 1 July 2024 and is expected to make it easier for PTJ to send documents related to the opening of Amanah accounts and further monitoring at the Trust Account Finance Section and PTJ level
