Serdang, 4 May 2024: The MS ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Strengthening Workshop was successfully implemented on 2 to 3 May 2024 at the Putra Chancellery Building. The workshop was attended by 57 participants consisting of Financial Administrative Assistants, Assistant Accountants and Financial Officers. The main purpose of this workshop is to improve their understanding of procedures and internal audits related to the MS ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Encik Ridzuan bin Muhammad is the Principal Consultant from Inokreatif Consultants Q) was invited as the keynote speaker to the workshop. He gave exposure on the importance of procedural compliance and continuous improvement in audit practice. In addition, participants were also given training to implement audit closure more effectively.
Puan Azarizam welcomed the participants to this workshop and hoped that all participants would give full commitment and attention so that all the information that will be presented by the appointed consultant can be put into practice later
This workshop is a platform for participants to share opinions and experiences in conducting internal audits. They are made aware of the importance of compliance with the MS ISO 9001:2015 standard in the hope that they can apply the knowledge gained in their daily tasks.
The closing speech was delivered by Puan Mazitah on behalf of Puan Bursar where she hoped that the participants would leave the workshop with a deeper understanding of the role of internal audit in ensuring compliance with quality standards. They are also equipped with practical skills to conduct audits more effectively, contributing to the improvement of the overall performance of the organization
