Serdang, 16 April 2025 – In a continuous effort to strengthen the practice of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA), the Bursar's Office of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) organized a Refresher Briefing on the Implementation of EKSA 2025, held at the Serdang Briefing Hall, Putra Chancellery Building.

The session, held from 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon, was led by Puan Nurainakmal binti Kamal Bahrin, Senior Assistant Registrar from the Quality Assurance Centre, who also serves as the EKSA Coordinator for UPM.

The main objectives of the briefing were to refresh staff understanding of EKSA implementation, review existing practices based on the UPM EKSA Guide Second Edition Revised 2025, and to foster stronger commitment in cultivating a professional, systematic, and productive work environment.

Throughout the session, Puan Nurainakmal shared updated guidelines and best practices for EKSA implementation. She also highlighted key aspects including the importance of a disciplined and proactive work culture, efficient document management, maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable workplace and strengthening teamwork and coordination for impactful EKSA execution.

Participants were also introduced to the key elements of EKSA audit assessments along with practical tips to ensure that their workspaces consistently adhere to established standards.

The session received active and enthusiastic participation from the Bursar's Office staff, underscoring their dedication to enhancing the quality of workplace culture. This initiative is aligned with UPM’s broader aspirations to elevate its corporate image and improve the efficiency of public service delivery.
