SERDANG: 27 AUGUST 2020 - PK7 Circular (Procurement Exemption Procedure) has been accepted by UPM on 24 July 2019 as it was approved by the University Management Committee and UPM Board of Directors on 8 October 2019. Meanwhile, Bursar Circular No. 5 of 2019 was issued to all UPM staff regarding its implementation on 2 December 2019 and together with the implementation briefing held to all Responsibility Centers (PTJ) on 6 March 2020 at the Serdang Briefing Hall, Putra Canselori Building, UPM.

Realizing the importance of this PK7 Circular information to PTJ and Bursar Office, Procurement Management Financial Division (BKPP) has once again organized a similar briefing specifically for all Bursar Office staff involved with payment to provide a better understanding of the rules in force.

The briefing given by Mrs. Ana Azrin Ahmad has been attended by almost 40 representatives from the Central Operations Payment Division (BPOB) including from other Financial Sections. This briefing also included with a question and answer session between the panels consisting of the Head of BKPP Division, Payment, Research and Development.
