Serdang: In 2019, UPM was selected as the Secretariat of the BITK Exam Questionnaire for a period of 2 years and the Bursar Office was the leader of this activity during that period.

To reinforce the understanding and method of writing of each questionnaire, a BITK Question Preparation Technique Workshop was held from 7 to 8 March 2019 at the Dean's Chamber of Deputies, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University Putra Malaysia and representatives from Bursar's Office staff from all Public Universities (UA) was invited. 

The workshop was attended by 20 delegates from 20 UA. The invited guests were Tuan Haji Zainuddin bin Zabidi (former Deputy Bursar of UiTM), Encik Ikhwan Hariz bin Abdul Rani and Encik Muhammad Haniff bin Huzaizi from the Public Service Department (JPA). This speaker presented the best method in preparing questions and examples of appropriate questions and templates to be followed by the drafters during question preparation.
