MAIN INVESTMENT COMMITTEE (JKIP)

RESPONSIBILITY AND TASK OF THE COMMITTEE

The Investment Committee (JKIP) is established by the Board of Directors of the University and will be directly responsible to the Board in matters involving investments which require the approval of the Board of the University in line with the measures to control investment at the predetermined limits

  1. Recommend to the Board of Directors regarding the investment policy.
  2. Invest the surplus funds of the university from the Investment Fund which is not from the Government.
  3. Monitor investment performance.
  4. Appoint fund managers or fund manager firms or hold a Special Committee.
  5. Receive and review reports from fund managers on investment strategy and current position.
  6. Make regular reports to the University's Board of Directors.
  7. Suggesting to the Board of Directors the distribution of profits from the Board of Directors.
  8. Submit proposals for new investments and sale of shares to the Board of Directors of the University

 

FREQUENCY OF MEETING

JKIP will held its meeting at least 4 times a year
