QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING SECTION

  • Coordinate Quality Management System (SPK) and other related accreditation systems implemented by the University;
  • Coordinate feedback on audit activities at Bursar Office;
  • Manage the application, payment, claims and monitoring requirements of the University corporate card to all University senior officers;
  • Review and monitor payment process for all University utility bills and indent card of all cost centers within the stipulated period;
  • Managing the provision of facilities provided by the University to University personnel based on the eligibility such as mobile phone allowances, communication device refunds, official vehicle replacement allowances, oil induction cards, broadband facilities;
  • Monitor the preparation of University bill payment period reports for submission to the Department of Higher Education.
  • Prepare a report on corporate card monitoring for presentation at the Bursar Office meeting;
  • Prepare the Bursar Office Quality Management System report to be brought to the Quality Assurance Committee Meeting
