Among the objectives of this briefing was held to provide a clear understanding of the payment claim limit policy, claim conditions and new special conditions to be implemented at UPM as set by the university management. The participants who attended gave positive feedback and many asked questions to get a more detailed explanation from the speaker. In addition to the topic of refund claims, Puan Yusnawati also touched on the rules applied through circular PK7 and AP 59 which are important for officers and staff responsible for managing the financial process at PTJ to observe.
