SERDANG, 15 DECEMBER 2023 - Maintaining the concept and regularity related to EKSA needs to be maintained by all members of the Bursar's Office even if the competition is not held this year. In relation to that, like the previous year, the EKSA self-assessment is still carried out at the PTJ level to ensure that all the set criteria are complied with by the PTJ who will compete where the overall score of this self-assessment is as much as 40% of the overall assessment score.
So last December 5 and 6, an EKSA self-evaluation process was held at the Bursar's Office which was judged by 3 other PTJ staff, namely:
1. Mr. Mohd Dinul Syahidi bin Sabardin who is an engineer at the Asset Development and Management Office
2. Encik Wan Muhammad Isam bin Wan Ismail who is the assistant auditor at the Internal Audit Division
3. Puan Azriza binti Azizan who is an administrative assistant in the Student Affairs Division
This self-assessment covers all aspects set by the EKSA criteria where the auditors were informed through a slide presentation by Mrs. Bursar and visits were made to 3 locations, namely Treasurer's Office 1, Treasurer's Office 2, Treasurer's Office 2, Faculty of Veterinary Financial Section as well as the Financial Division of Centralized Operations Management (Bpob)
The evaluation that ended on December 6 managed to get a good observation from the auditor with a score of 99.46% with several suggestions for improvement. Congratulations on the efforts and commitment of all parties in making this self-assessment a success.
