Serdang, 28 October 2022- In conjunction with Service Quality and Innovation Day 2022, the Bursar's Office has taken the initiative to participate in a competition for one of the HKIP categories, the Workplace Environment Quality Award. The first stage evaluation was held on 12 September 2022 for the selection of the PTJ list that will be shortlisted for the final evaluation. Alhamdulillah the Bursar's Office has been successfully shortlisted for the Final Evaluation of Awards in conjunction with HKIP UPM 2022. To prepare the Bursar's Office for the final evaluation, every angle has been improved and the EKSA Chairman of the Bursar's Office has conducted a self-audit to each Zone (Yen Zone, Dinar Zone, Euro Zone and Cruizero Zone) on 04 October 2022.
On 07 October 2022, the Bursar's Office received a total of 3 assessment panels consisting of Dr. Noor Hamzani Farizan, Mrs. Zaidina Mohd Daud, Mrs. Nik Hafzani Nik Hassan and Mrs. Siti Noriza Samad conducted an audit in every corner of the Bursar's Office including the Payment Section Centralized Operations (BPOB). The assessors are very satisfied with the commitment shown by all the staff of the Bursar's Office to realize the EKSA program.
The results will be known during the Customer Quality and Innovation Day ceremony which is expected to take place in December 2022. Hopefully the Bursar's Office will be victorious and all the efforts put in will yield satisfactory results.
