NOTICE ON RESTRICTED REOPENING OF CENTRALISED PETTY CASH COUNTER AT BURSAR iii

1. The priority of payment of claims through this counter is as follows:

i) for staff who have received the Register of Confirmation Format and Certificate of Payment (DF060 / BYR) which has been certified by the Central Operations Management Finance Division (BPOB) / Bursar Office Finance Section. This involves all claims through an e-claim system worth less than RM500; and
ii) staff must submit a receipt with the Register of Confirmation Format and Certificate of payment (DF060 / BYR) that has been confirmed to the staff at the counter.

2. All new claims worth less than RM500 must be made through the e-claim system at http://eclaims.upm.edu.my and completed claims must be sent to the Central Operations Management Finance Division (BPOB) / Bursar Office Finance Section respectively. All claims through the successfully processed e-claim system will continue to be paid into the staff bank account.

3. The operating hours of the counter are as follows:

Monday-Thursday: - 8.30 am - 12.30 noon
Friday: - 8.30 am - 12.00 noon
