IMPORTANT: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW BID DOCUMENT FORMAT (CS MAPPER) FOR QUOTATION AND TENDER PROCUREMENT, INCLUDING DIRECT PURCHASES AT HOSPITAL SULTAN ABDUL AZIZ SHAH (HSAAS)

Assalamualaikum / Greetings,

YBhg. Dato'/ Datin / Prof. / Dr. / Sir / Madam,

With due respect, I refer to the above matter.

  1. Please be informed that the use of the new bid document format using CS Mapper for all quotation and tender procurement, including direct purchases at Hospital Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (HSAAS), will take effect for procurements advertised from 1 September 2026 onwards.

 

  1. In this regard, for meetings of the Specification Committee at the PTJ held on or after 17 August 2026, the relevant parties are required to ensure that the soft copies of the bid documents, namely the Price Offer Form and Specification List, are prepared using the new format.

The relevant parties may also refer to the templates provided, including the user manual, through the following:

2 UPM Serdang Quotation / Tender 1 September 2026 (Tuesday)

a) Specification Committee meetings held on or after 17 August 2026 – The Bid Documents (Specifications and Price Offer Form) must use the CS Mapper format.

b) Specification Committee meetings held before 17 August 2026 and advertising application documents received before 1 September 2026 – The Bid Documents (Specifications and Price Offer Form) shall continue to use the existing format.

c) Specification Committee meetings held before 17 August 2026 and advertising application documents received on or after 1 September 2026 – The Bid Documents (Specifications and Price Offer Form) must use the CS Mapper format
