Please be informed that pursuant to the approval of the UPM Fee Committee Meeting A
Bil. 6 (1/2026), Minute 5/1 (2026), the University has agreed to implement charges for
applications to print tuition fee payment statements for former students/alumni of Universiti
Putra Malaysia (UPM).
The charges are subject to the following application categories:
| CATEGORY | CHARGES |
| Standard Application – Data within the current system period / short duration with limited transactions |
RM50.00 |
| Complex Application – Historical data exceeding 10–15 years and involving multiple transactions / instalment or retail payments |
RM100.00 |
| International Students | USD50 or equivalent to RM200.00 |
Accordingly, all applications for the printing of tuition fee payment statements will be subject
to the approved charges.
Please be informed that these charges will take effect from 1 May 2026.
