This counter provides services for receiving payments via online or cash for collections under the Responsibility Centre (PTJ), including adjustments for vehicle and computer loans.

 

STUDENT FINANCIAL SECTION COUNTER SERVICE, BURSAR’S OFFICE 3, UPM

Bursar’s Office 3 supports the Cashless Campus initiative in line with the university’s direction towards service digitalisation.

All tuition fee payments at the counter are now fully implemented on a cashless basis.

Objectives of the Initiative:

✅ To provide more efficient and systematic services to students
✅ To speed up and simplify payment transactions
✅ To ensure secure and transparent transaction records

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Internet Banking (JOMPAY)
    • PayGate UPM
    • FLYWIRE (for international student transactions)

Other Services Available at the Counter:

  • Review of student fee ledger
    • Scholarship/Sponsorship matters
    • Tuition fee refunds (for students who withdraw, defer, fail, or are terminated)
    • Residential college charges
    • Verification of Graduation Forms, Withdrawal Forms, and Thesis Submission Notification Forms

Monday – Thursday:
9.00 AM – 1:00 PM | 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Friday:
9.00 AM – 12:15 PM | 2:45 PM – 4:30 PM
