SERDANG - 18 May 2023 : In continuation of the training series in April 2023, the UPM Bursar's Office has held a continuation of training on the use of the new financial system, namely the Government Resource Planning (GRP) System specifically for all UPM Responsibility Center staff involved in the financial process at their respective PTJs. each PTJ staff are required to follow this training according to the modules that have been set starting on 15 May until 18 May 2023 located at the Computer Laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The purpose of this training was held as an initial preparation before the 'live' use of the GRP system which is expected to start in July 2023. A total of 83 staff have attended this training and the participants have been divided into two training groups. All PTJ staff involved were exposed to the Tender Wizard System environment where staff were taught to prepare price table templates and specification tables in order to familiarize themselves with the new system that will be used by all PTJ for quotation and tender procurement in the future. In addition, PTJ also had the opportunity to try several modules in GRP, namely the Purchasing and Account Payable modules for all types of procurement.
