Serdang, 06 December 2022 - Tiredness for almost half a year finally gave a very worthwhile return to almost 170 employees of the Bursar's Office for winning the 3 main categories of the UPM Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP) 2022 and being crowned overall winners in 2 of the 3 categories .

HKIP 2022 which took place at the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural and Arts Center on 06 December 2022 saw solid support from the Bursar Office staff who also celebrated the victory and the participation of comrades.

Among the categories contested in HKIP 2022 are as follows:
1. Theme Creation Gift
2. Innovative Idea Prize
3. Read@Uni Reading Corner Award
4. Innovative and Creative Group Award
5. Service Innovation Award
6. Website Management Award
7. Workplace Environment Quality Award
8. Occupational Safety and Health Management Award
9. Accountability Index Award
10. Administrative Management Star Rating Award
11. Vice Chancellor's Quality & Innovation Pearl Award
12. Lean Management Special Appreciation 2022
13. EKSA HKIP Special Appreciation 2022
14. HKIP Inter PTJ Choir Competition Prize

The 3 categories that have been successfully won by the Bursar's Office are as follows:
1. Best Innovation Idea Prize which was represented by Mrs. Junaidah Md Isa and Mrs. Nurul Nazaton bt Abdul Aziz.
2. Workplace Environment Quality Award (EKSA) as well as being the recipient of the Round Cup for Category A (High Scale Employee Bill)
3. Occupational Safety and Health Management Award and receive the Round Cup for Category A (PTJs with an office environment and more than 40 employees)

In addition to the choir competition between PTJ, the Bursar's Office also won fourth place and the PTJ's best commitment award

HKIP's theme in 2022 is 'Explore Limits, Lead Creation'. This is the first organization after the country went through the pandemic and endemic phase of Covid 19.
The Bursar's Office expresses its highest appreciation and congratulations to all the staff of the Bursar's Office in general and hopes that all staff will continue to commit to carrying out their duties in the future.
