SERDANG, 6 September 2023 - The Asset Management Finance Division (BKPA), Bursar's Office held a Briefing on Movable Asset Inspection on 6 September 2023 to the appointed Asset Officers and Inspection Officers of the Responsibility Center (PTJ). The briefing was delivered by Mrs. Junaidah binti Md Isa, Assistant Treasurer from the Financial Division of Asset Management, Bursar's Office virtually using the Google Meet platform

This Movable Asset Inspection Briefing is an annual agenda that is always carried out by the Asset Management Finance Division, Bursar's Office to all Asset Officers and Movable Asset Inspection Officers, to provide explanations and understanding regarding the movable asset inspection process that needs to be carried out every year in order to achieve the set targets and within the scheduled period.

The participants involved were briefed directly regarding the scope and status of movable asset inspections, inspection requirements, methods and completion of movable asset status, submission of inspection reports and certificates as well as inspection status monitoring. In addition, participants were also emphasized to meet the requirements of sending reports in stages so that continuous monitoring can be done by the Asset Management Division

It is hoped that with this briefing, everything can help give a more detailed understanding of the inspection process to PTJ's Asset Officers and Inspection Officers in carrying out the trust and responsibilities given.
