The launch ceremony of the Professional Finance for Non-Finance Module Book or ProFiNoF for short on 7 May 2024 at 3.00 to 4.00 pm at the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT), Lebuh Enstek, Bandar Enstek Negeri Sembilan. This ceremony was launched by YBrs. Prof. Associate Dr. Norazharuddin Shah bin Abdullah-Deputy Director of AKEPT Talent Management Center representing AKEPT Director YBrs. Prof. Dr. Harshita Aini binti Haroon. This ceremony was conducted during the closing of the Accelerated Dean's Leadership Program - AdeL which was attended by the Dean / Director / Deputy Dean / Deputy Director of the Public University.

The representative of the Bursar's Office, Mrs. Hajah Izariahwati Mohd Isa, together with the former Bursar of UPM YBhg Dato Zulkiflee Othman handed over the ProFiNoF Module Mock book to YBrs. Prof. Associate Dr. Norazharuddin Shah bin Abdullah-Deputy Director of AKEPT Talent Management Center.

The information about this module book is the result and published by the Finance Officer team, Bursar Office of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in collaboration with the Higher Education Leadership Academy (AKEPT). ProFiNoF was the brainchild of former UPM Bursar, Yang Berbahagia Dato' Zulkiflee Othman. This module book aims to give an easy understanding to the Top Management group of Public Universities, and its target is among Non Finance Managers regarding the governance of financial management. With the expectation, this module helps the financial management of the University to be in line with the Malaysian Treasury standards. Finally, as a result of the cooperation and support from all Public Universities together with AKEPT especially, the ProFiNoF module can be fully published.
