UPM Serdang, 21 July 2026 – The Procurement Management Finance Division, Bursar's Office of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), organised a CS Mapper Briefing and Training Session (a format within the Tender Wizard procurement system) specifically for system administrators, secretariat personnel, and the Procurement Unit of Hospital Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (HSAAS).

Held at the Exa Training Room, Infoprot, Institute of Advanced Technology and Digital (IDEC), UPM, the session aimed to enhance participants' understanding and skills in using the CS Mapper system, particularly in supporting the management and implementation of direct purchase, quotation, and tender procurement processes in a more systematic and efficient manner.

The briefing and training, which took place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., also provided participants with the opportunity to gain firsthand insights and clarification from representatives of the Tender Wizard procurement system regarding the system's features and functionality through the briefing sessions. The briefing was delivered by representatives from Tender Pintar Sdn. Bhd., Ms. Suraya and Mr. Yugeneswaran, who are highly experienced in the development of this new template

The organisation of this programme reflects the continued commitment of UPM and Tender Pintar to strengthening the digitalisation of work processes and enhancing the efficiency of procurement management through the adoption of appropriate technology and digital systems.

It is hoped that this initiative will support the smooth implementation of procurement processes while strengthening the capability of staff to adopt digital systems, thereby improving the effectiveness of service delivery.
