Serdang, 19 January 2023 - eRO is one of the support systems used by PTJ and the Bursar's Office managed together with iDec. On January 19, 2023, a Training and Demo Session on the Upgrade of the e-RO System (Purchase Request) Version-2 was held virtually and delivered by Mrs. Huda binti Khairuddin, Information Technology Officer, IDEC online using the Zoom application and Live on the Office's Facebook Bursar.

Among the objectives of this briefing is to provide information to all users of the eRO (Procurement Request) system regarding the system upgrade process that has been developed by the Information and Communication Development Center (IDEC), especially for uploading Procurement Support Documents (quotations, related certificates and others) other), Payment Document Submission Register and also Supplier Performance Evaluation. The participants who attended gave positive feedback and also suggested improvements that need to be implemented from time to time.

Some of the questions expressed by the participants regarding the e-RO system were also assisted by the Finance Officer of the Procurement Division to give explanations to the participants. Hopefully this training and demo session can help and launch the process of officers and staff involved in the use of the eRO system at PTJ.
