Serdang, 02 March 2023 - Technological developments must be in line with the daily tasks of all Bursar Office staff in their respective offices. In addition to speeding up the completion of individual tasks, the use of technology also demonstrates the credibility and professionalism of the staff to the public or stakeholders. Responding to this call, a total of 16 Bursar Office staff did not miss the opportunity to participate in the E-Certificate Management Course located at the Ulugh Beg Computer Laboratory, Institute of Mathematical Research (INSPEM) on March 2, 2023. This course is one of the digital partnerships from the Smart Campus group, Information and Communication Development Center (iDEC), UPM which was presented by Ts. Saiful Ramadzan bin Hairani.

This training which takes two (2) hours is a sharing of knowledge about the products in Google Workspace that are important in daily work affairs in addition to the process of continuous knowledge enrichment among the staff at the Bursar's Office. Among those shared is the use of Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs and Add-ons that can help course participants become more proficient and have exposure to using the concept of digitization in performing daily work.

The Bursar's Office would like to thank the speakers and the Smart Campus team, iDEC, who have been willing to give this course to the Bursar's Office Staff. This course is very beneficial to study, especially in the increasingly sophisticated era of digitization
