Serdang 26 Mac 2025- “SERVICE EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS”. Those are the words that can be likened when the Asset Management Finance Division (BKPA), Bursar's Office took its own initiative by organizing a briefing on the Asset Management System (SPA) to the Responsibility Centers (PTJ) face-to-face and on a small scale with the aim of further strengthening the PTJ's understanding of the use of the system.

Located in the iconic UPM building, the Putra Chancellery building once again witnessed the eloquence and leadership of Puan Junaidah binti Md Isa in delivering the three series of briefings.

The SPA Briefing Series 1 which was held on 13 March 2025 at the Bursar's Office Meeting Room was attended by 17 participants representing 14 PTJs. SPA Briefing Series 2 was held on March 20, 2025, attended by 21 participants representing 13 PTJ. Meanwhile, SPA Briefing Series 3, which was held on March 25, 2025, was attended by 14 participants representing 12 PTJ. SPA briefings, which are held once a week, will continue in the future to ensure that all asset officers are given training on the SPA system.

Therefore, it is hoped that by organizing a program like this, university asset management procedures and monitoring can be implemented steadily and more efficiently.
