Serdang, May 27, 2024: Once again, the Computer Laboratory at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine was chosen as the venue for the Office of the Bursar Training Committee to host a comprehensive workshop on the new Asset Management System (SPA). This workshop saw the participation of 137 attendees from all Responsibility Centers (PTJs), both physically and online, marking a significant achievement in collaborative learning and knowledge exchange in asset management.
From 9:00 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon, the laboratory served as a gathering place for active exploration of the new asset management system by participants. With representatives from various PTJs in attendance, the workshop provided a platform for comprehensive discussions and expectations regarding efficient asset management.
The primary objective of this workshop was to explain in detail the asset management system, with a specific focus on modules related to asset acquisition and registration. Participants had the opportunity to enjoy in-depth presentations, interactive sessions, and practical demonstrations, providing them with essential knowledge and skills for effective asset management within their departments.
One of the highlights of the workshop was the interactive session on real-life case studies, where participants had the opportunity to apply their new knowledge in practical scenarios. This practical approach not only reinforced learning but also empowered participants to address real-world asset management challenges with confidence and efficiency. The SPA workshop concluded at 4:30 PM, where participants provided positive feedback on the use of this new system.
