SERDANG, 21 February : On 21 February 2025 (Friday), a workshop related to Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) was held at OSH Hall, Occupational Safety and Health Management Office. The workshop took place from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, and was attended by a total of 26 officers from the Management and Administration Office (P&P).
This workshop was officiated by Mrs. Bursar i.e. Mrs. Hajah Izariahwati binti Mohd Isa where she expressed her desire as a member of the University Management Committee regarding the importance of achieving the KPIs of the Bursar's Office in line with the UPM KPIs 
The main purpose of this workshop is to provide exposure on the importance of setting and monitoring KPIs in improving the performance of the Bursar's Office for the year 2025. In addition, this workshop also aims to identify appropriate KPIs to ensure the achievement of Core 1 Service Exceeding Expectations. Participants were given guidance on how to set effective KPIs, as well as how to measure achievement based on clear objectives.
Invited speakers provide in-depth explanations on KPI setting strategies, relevant data collection, and how to analyze achievements to achieve better service. The workshop also provides an opportunity for participants to discuss and share experiences on best practices in performance management. It is hoped that with this workshop, all officers present will be able to improve KPI management in the Bursar's Office and ensure that the targets that have been set can be achieved more efficiently, especially in the effort to achieve Core 1 Service Exceeding Expectations
