Serdang, 29 May 2025 – The First Stage Assessment of EKSA (Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem) for the year 2025 was held at the Bursar's Office, starting at 9.00 am to 1.30 pm in the Main Meeting Room.

Two panels of assessors were invited to conduct the assessment, namely Ts. Puan Huda binti Khairuddin from iDEC and Encik Ahmad Fauzi bin Abu Bakar from CEM. Also present during the opening session were all the Heads of the EKSA Main Committees of the Bursar's Office.

The session began with a welcome speech by the Senior Deputy Treasurer, Encik Yusri, followed by the EKSA Chairman, Puan Yusnawati, and an EKSA briefing by Encik Mohd Hafiz Amrullah.

The physical assessment visit to the EKSA zones began at 10.30 am, covering:

• Cruzeiro Zone (Finance Section of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Bursar's Office 3),
• EURO Zone (BPOB Office),
• Dinar Zone (Bursar's Office 2),
• Yen Zone (Bursar's Office 1).

The panel returned to the meeting room at 12.30 pm for the assessment and summary session. The closing session began at 1.00 pm with overall feedback by the Panel Head, Ts. Puan Huda, who praised the excellent achievements of the Bursar's Office and provided several suggestions for improvement such as ensuring that OSH requirements are complete, cleanliness is improved and E-waste management is implemented in an orderly manner

The event ended with the presentation of souvenirs to the panel by Mr. Yusri. Congratulations to the Bursar's Office for its excellent commitment in implementing EKSA!
