SERDANG, November 10, 2023 – Even though it has passed and the next assessment is in 2024, the maintenance of the concept and regularity related to EKSA needs to be maintained by all members of the Bursar's Office. In relation to that, in order to rekindle the spirit and culture of EKSA among its citizens, the Bursar's Office has set aside time to be visited by several PTJs, namely the Registrar's Office, the Faculty of Engineering and the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Culture and Arts Center starting at 9:00 am until 12:00 :30 pm. This is following the overall victory of the Bursar's Office for the Public Sector Conducive Exosystem Competition (EKSA), Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2022.

About a total of 52 staff from the three PTJs were gathered in the Briefing Hall at 09:30 am to 10:30 am. The ceremony started with a prayer and welcome speech from the Senior Deputy Treasurer of the Bursar's Office before being given an explanation of EKSA by the EKSA Coordinator of the Bursar's Office.

The movement of visitors started at 10:30 am and was taken on a tour around the zones at the Bursar's Office. Visitors were split into three groups to visit the Yen Zone, the Dinar Zone and the Cruzero Zone.
The visit ended at 12:00 noon where each visitor was given an explanation regarding the EKSA which was done at the Bursar's Office. Hopefully every partnership given can benefit and guide the PTJ-PTJ.
