Serdang, 26 May 2025 – The Bursar's Office training committee has invited Malaysia Airlines to hold a special briefing session on the use of MH_GOM Portal for the Bursar's Office staff, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) who are responsible for managing airline tickets, located at the Computer Laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. This briefing session was presented by Mrs. Noraini Jamaludin, a representative from Malaysia Aviation Group.

This briefing aims to provide detailed exposure to officers and staff involved in managing airline ticket bookings for official university business. MH_GOM Portal is an online platform provided by Malaysia Airlines to facilitate airline ticket bookings for government agencies and public higher education institutions.

Among the main points presented were an introduction to MH_GOM Portal, procedures for using the portal effectively, as well as a question and answer session regarding technical and operational issues faced by users.

Malaysia Airlines expressed their commitment to continue supporting the smooth running of official travel for government institutions through strengthening the use of digital-based systems such as MH_GOM Portal. The presence of participants consisting of UPM travel management staff also reflects the university's readiness to improve the efficiency of daily operations through the technology provided.
