Serdang, 21 May 2025 – The Bursar’s Office of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) conducted a self-audit for the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) today as part of its continuous effort to strengthen a systematic, conducive, and innovative work culture among its staff.
This internal initiative aims to assess the effectiveness of EKSA implementation and ensure compliance with the university’s guidelines and standards. It also plays a vital role in identifying strengths and areas for improvement in creating a more organized, productive, and efficient work environment.
Previously, the Bursar’s Office has actively carried out various EKSA-supporting activities, including awareness briefings, regular gotong-royong (communal clean-ups), and learning visits to other government agencies such as the Department of Standards Malaysia to enhance EKSA knowledge and implementation.
