Serdang, 10 June 2024 - MyPutraFolio aims to improve the human resource management process at UPM. To introduce this new system, the Bursar's Office and the Registrar's Office have worked together to hold a briefing session to provide a deeper understanding of filling in the MyPutraFolio HRMIS system to the staff at the Bursar's Office.
The briefing that was held at the Computer Laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, was delivered by Mr. Muhammad Ammer Shafiq Bin Awang@Ali, representing the Registrar's Office, where he gave an in-depth explanation about MyPutraFolio. He emphasized that MyPutraFolio is the next step after the previous efforts that focused on filling Job Description & Myportfolio in the HRMIS system.
MyPutraFolio is designed as a continuation of previous efforts, with the aim of providing more functionality and convenience to UPM staff in their personal and professional data management. Information sessions on MyPutraFolio were held in the morning and afternoon, each attended by 45 staff from the Bursar's Office, UPM.
The main purpose of this session is to provide basic knowledge in the use of MyPutraFolio and introduce the main functions provided by this system. Mr. Muhammad Ammer Shafiq Bin Awang@Ali stated that MyPutraFolio will not only help staff in managing their personal data, but also give them the opportunity to monitor and improve their professional development.
He emphasized that MyPutraFolio is also a proactive step in increasing transparency and awareness of the important role played by each individual in the organization. The planned 3rd session will be held in the near future, and will involve staff who were previously unable to attend the previous sessions, as well as staff from the UPM Bintulu Campus (UPMKB) branch.
