Serdang, 19 December – The Bursar's Office held a meeting of Bursars and Management Staff with Bursar's Office Employees for the second time in 2024 starting at 3.00 pm at the Senate Hall, 1st Floor, Putra Chancellery Building. The main objective of this meeting session was to provide information regarding emerging issues (if any) in addition to a friendly session among Bursar's Office employees. This program has been arranged in the 2024 activity calendar with the aim of reassessing the achievements of the Bursar's Office before 2024 ends. In addition, this meeting also aims to convey the Management's message to the Bursar's Office employees and remind the employees of their duties and roles in providing services to all UPM campus residents. This meeting was also attended by the financial officers of the HSAAS Finance Division and UPMKB (online). The program began with a welcome speech by Mrs. Izariahwati Mohd Isa, Bursar. She recorded her congratulations and welcome to the staff who were promoted for 2024 and the new family members, the Bursar's Office and hoped that with this promotion and new appointment, they would understand their respective duties and responsibilities and always provide excellent service at UPM.

Mrs. Bursar also recorded his congratulations to all Bursar's Office employees for their achievements throughout 2024, especially during the Service Innovation Excellence Day where the Bursar's Office had won two (2) categories, namely, Second Place Category A, Best Workplace Environment Quality Award and Best PTJ Group A, Occupational Safety and Health Management Award and hoped that this success could be maintained in the next year and strive to win other categories that were contested. She then presented the overall achievements of the Bursar's Office for the year 2024 while emphasizing the role of the Bursar's Office in achieving Core 1: Services Beyond Expectations (Services and Testing). All staff need to be aware of the outlined Core and always strive to achieve and provide services beyond what is set. The last session gave employees the opportunity to submit suggestions and questions to the Bursar. Several improvements need to be taken action immediately by management to resolve the problems that arise. The meeting ended at 5.45 pm
