Serdang, 25 April 2025 – The Bursar’s Office of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) successfully organized a Website Refinement Workshop on 22 and 25 April 2025 at the Zetta Training Room, Information and Communication Development Centre (iDEC). The workshop, held from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., began with a briefing delivered by the Chairperson of the Bursar’s Office Website Committee, Madam Norani binti Abdullah. During the workshop, each participant was assigned a specific section to review based on task distribution.
The workshop involved 12 members of the Bursar’s Office Website Committee who were responsible for conducting a detailed review of the office’s official website content. The main objective of the workshop was to ensure that all published information is up-to-date, accurate, relevant, and user-friendly to facilitate easy access for external users seeking information through the Bursar’s Office website. The website must also comply with the standards outlined by iDEC in order for the Bursar’s Office to be eligible to participate in the 2025/2026 HKIP competition.

Through this workshop, the Bursar’s Office is committed to enhancing the quality of online information delivery and ensuring better accessibility for both internal and external users. Continuous improvements will be undertaken to ensure that the Bursar’s Office website remains a user-friendly and informative platform.
