Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) will organize the 2025 Staff Sports Championship (SUSTAF) which will take place from 30 June to 27 July 2025. SUSTAF is usually held during the end-of-semester holidays in July each year. The organization of SUSTAF will be an important platform to encourage the active involvement of UPM staff in sports activities, in addition to fostering a spirit of unity and cooperation between staff and maintaining good health among UPM staff from various Responsibility Centres (PTJ).

This year's SUSTAF consists of 8 coalitions involving several PTJs in one coalition to enable each coalition to participate in 16 sports events to be competed.

The Bursar's Office is no exception to participating in SUSTAF. The Bursar's Office has been placed in the Coalition of 8 in conjunction with the PTJ as follows:

Gabungan 8 will participate in all the sports events contested except hockey.

The SUSTAF 2025 opening ceremony was held with great enthusiasm and splendor on 30 June 2025 at 8.30 pm, at the UPM Sports Centre Stadium. The ceremony was officiated by the Vice-Chancellor of UPM, Dato’ Professor Ir. Dr. Ahmad Farhan Mohd Sadullah. That night, a parade competition was held by all 8 coalition teams participating in SUSTAF. The parade competition by Gabungan 8, which was also participated by the Bursar's Office staff, successfully won 2nd place with a score of 92 poinT

The organization of SUSTAF 2025 is expected to foster a culture of healthy and active living, in line with UPM's aspiration to produce healthy, productive and prosperous employees. UPM staff and the public are invited to attend and give their strong support to the staff athletes who will perform with full sportsmanship throughout this tournament.
