    • Regulating financial work such as getting quotes from suppliers for supervisory matters
    • Regulate the purchasing of office equipment and production through the department's eStok System
    • Managing the payment of UPM official vehicle summonses
  • Organize courses and training for departmental staff
  • Processing registered and postal speed
  • Provides vehicle reservation services, maintenance and oil usage records.
  • Manage bookings and requirements for Meeting Rooms, Quality Assurance Rooms, Bursar II Discussion Rooms, Bursar Discussion Rooms
