- Implement financial service activities for research allocations and manage PTJs towards achieving the established objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate financial services for research activities, including management of allocation distribution and transfers, monitoring the establishment of cost centres and account combinations for research projects, preparation of financial reports for research projects (including reports for the annual Financial Statements), and monitoring the closure of trust accounts under series 5xxxxxx and 9xxxxxx.
- Manage procurement and payment processes for Responsibility Centres under the supervision of BKPP, namely the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), Research Management Centre (RMC), Putra Science Park (PSP), International Institute of Aquaculture and Aquatic Sciences (I-AQUAS), Sports Academy, Alumni Centre, and Quality Assurance Centre. This includes payments to suppliers and staff, payments for trust accounts, advances, air travel, and payments via bank draft.
- Provide advisory services, financial information, and prepare financial reports related to the position and performance of research allocations and grants, operating expenditure, trust accounts, procurement, and payments for the information of PTJs, relevant committees, University Management, and the Ministry.
